THE LEADER OF NIGERIA REVOLUTION MOVEMENT (NRM) CALLS NIGERIANS IN DIASPORA TO COME OUT FOR A PEACEFUL PROTEST AT THE NIGERIA EMBASSIES AND CONSULATE WITHIN THE COUNTRIES THEY RESIDE, ON MONDAY 13 FEBRUARY 2017

The Leader of Nigeria Revolution Movement Mr Kayode Jacobs has called on Nigerians living in diaspora to come out for a peaceful protest at the Nigeria embassies and consulate within their country of residence on monday 13th February 2017, Mr Jacobs said this move is necessary because it is an opportunity for Nigerians in diaspora to express their unhappiness on the way the current Nigeria Government is handling some issues back home in Nigeria and the way they have been handling some issues that affects Nigerians in diaspora mostly in their inability to provide international Passport to Nigerians living abroad and other consulate/immigration matters.

Mr Jacobs said that a close source to the Nigeria ministry of foreign affairs told him that it is true that there is a limited amount of International passport booklets available but that does not mean that there is no booklet as some Nigeria Embassy officials do say, Mr Jacobs went futher to say that he was told that It is some Government officials in the Nigeria ministry of foreign affairs and in the Nigeria Embassies who are trying to create scarcity of passport booklets so that any Nigerian who desperately needs a passport will be ready to give bribe before they can get one and some people have spent over $300 in bribery to get their international passport, Mr Kayode said many Nigerians are stranded abroad because of the inability of the Nigeria Government to issue them international passport, He said the officials in the Nigeria Embassies do say "there is no passport booklets" but He knows people who have collected their passport after giving the Embassy officials some money, and this situation is caused by the refusal of the Federal Government of Nigeria to appoint new Ambassadors so some Nigeria Embassies have been turned in to a den of robbers.

It is for these reason and many other heart breaking issues that Mr Kayode jacobs is calling on Nigerians living in diaspora to come out on monday 13th february 2017 at the Nigeria Embassies and Consulate for a peaceful protest, it is time for Nigerians to make their voice heard, it is time to let the Nigeria government know that they can't just do anything they like with the country with impunity, a proverb in igbo language says "silence can be taken for agreement" if the ordinary Nigerians do not say or do something about the way the Current Nigeria government is handling some issues it means they agree to it and if they agree to it then nobody should blame anybody if Nigeria becomes worse than Venezuela
